ExperClinic is a patient communication platform for chiropractic clinics. After every visit, patients get an SMS with two options: leave a Google review or send private feedback. The same system handles recurring-visit reminders and reactivation for patients who have stopped coming in. Built for Canadian compliance, $129/month CAD to start.

What it does

What chiropractic clinics use ExperClinic for

Three jobs that match the chiropractic patient journey.

1

Reminders for every adjustment

Recurring weekly or biweekly visits mean a small no-show rate compounds quickly. ExperClinic sends a 48-hour and 24-hour reminder before every adjustment, both default-on for chiropractic.

2

60-day reactivation, automated

Patients who drop off mid-treatment-plan are the biggest source of lost revenue. Two months after a patient's last visit, ExperClinic sends a customizable SMS inviting them back. Daily, in your timezone, without your front desk lifting a finger.

3

Post-adjustment review requests

After every completed adjustment, a personalized review request goes out at the optimal time of day. Patients shop chiropractors by Google reviews; automated review collection compounds your visibility over time.

The problem

Why chiropractic clinics struggle to retain and grow

Three problems that come with a recurring-visit, locally-searched specialty.

Drop-off

Patients abandon treatment plans before they are done.

The patient feels better at visit 6 of 12 and decides they are done. Three months later, the back pain returns and they go to a different chiropractor down the street. A nudge at the right time keeps them on plan and on your books.

Local search

"Chiropractor near me" rewards review volume.

Google's local pack ranks chiropractors partly by review count and recency. Most chiropractic markets have dozens of clinics within a few kilometres. A great DC with 30 reviews loses to a mediocre one with 300.

Front desk time

Manual review-asking does not scale.

The front desk knows they should ask every patient for a review. They never have time. The reviews that do come in are sporadic. Volume only grows when the ask is automatic.

How it helps

How does ExperClinic help chiropractic clinics?

Five capabilities, all included on every plan.

48h and 24h reminders

Both default on for chiropractic. Each respects practice hours and patient opt-outs. Cuts no-show rate by the published industry benchmark.

60-day reactivation

Bring back patients who paused or finished early. Configurable per practice for tighter or looser windows.

Automated review requests

Sent after every completed adjustment. Closes the review-volume gap with bigger competitors over time.

Per-DC review attribution

Add associates as separate practitioners. Each gets the Dr. and DC credential format. Reviews and feedback attribute correctly.

Two-way SMS inbox

Patient questions about rescheduling, billing, or treatment land in your dashboard. Cross-staff continuity preserved.

38%
no-show reduction is the published benchmark for SMS appointment reminders.
20%
higher local search ranking for practices with 100+ Google reviews compared to practices with fewer.
25%
average increase in new patient inquiries within 6 months of improving online reviews.
FAQ

Common questions from chiropractic clinics

Can I send reminders for recurring weekly or biweekly adjustments?
Yes. Each appointment is a separate record, so a patient with a weekly Tuesday adjustment receives a 48-hour and 24-hour reminder before each visit. Bulk-import a treatment plan as a CSV and the reminders fire on schedule. There is no recurring-appointment template to maintain.
How does ExperClinic handle patients who drop off mid-treatment plan?
Chiropractic ships with a 60-day reactivation window. Two months after a patient's last visit, ExperClinic sends a customizable SMS to invite them back. The window is configurable per practice if you prefer a tighter 30-day or longer 90-day cadence.
Will my associate chiropractors each get their own review attribution?
Yes. Each chiropractor is added with their own credentials. Chiropractic ships with Dr. as the prefix and DC as the default suffix. The review request SMS names the chiropractor the patient saw. Reviews land on your single Google Business Profile (the standard pattern), but feedback and the activity log attribute the visit to the correct practitioner.
How does this help with local search competition?
Patients searching "chiropractor near me" see a list ranked partly by Google review count and recency. Most chiropractic markets are crowded, with dozens of clinics competing within a few kilometres. Automated post-visit review requests close the volume gap over time, without your front desk having to chase patients.
Can I import patients and treatment plans from my current scheduler?
Yes. ExperClinic accepts CSV bulk uploads of up to 5,000 patients per file and 5,000 appointments per file. Status values are normalized: "done" becomes completed, "no show" becomes no-show. Patients can be auto-created during appointment import. Direct integrations with Jane App, ChiroTouch, and other chiropractic-specific schedulers are not yet available.
What happens when a patient texts STOP?
STOP scopes to your practice only. The patient is flagged as opted out from your practice and receives no further automated SMS. The record stays in your patient list, just marked. Inbound STOP, START, and HELP are handled per TCPA convention.
