Cookie Policy

Last updated: April 18, 2026
In plain English: We use exactly one cookie — the one that keeps you logged in. We don't run ad networks, analytics trackers, or third-party pixels. That means we don't need a cookie consent banner, and you don't need to click anything to use the site.

What cookies we use

ExperClinic uses only strictly necessary cookies — cookies required for the site to function. Specifically:

Because this cookie is strictly necessary for the Service to work, we do not require your consent to use it under EU ePrivacy rules, PIPEDA, or similar laws. You can still block it in your browser settings — the only effect is that you won't be able to stay logged in.

What we do not use

If we ever start using any of these, we'll update this page, email you, and put a proper consent banner in place before enabling them. We'll never quietly add analytics tracking.

Server-side caching

We do set a couple of non-cookie HTTP headers to control caching (Cache-Control: no-store and friends). These aren't cookies and don't identify you — they just tell your browser not to cache the dashboard, so you don't see stale data or another account's information after you sign in and out.

How to control cookies in your browser

Every modern browser lets you view, block, or delete cookies from settings. Because we only use one essential cookie, blocking it means you won't be able to log in — nothing else.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we use cookies — for example, if we introduce analytics — we will update this page and email you before the change takes effect.
